Q2: How can l obtain an accurate quotation?
  A: To receive an accurate quotation, please provide us with the folowing details: design drawings, material specificaions, weightquantity, and any necessary precautions. We will respond with a precise quotation within 8 hours.

Q3: Can I take a sample first to check the product quality? 
  A: Yes, we can produce customized samples based on your provided drawings. These samples are provided free of charge.

Q4: How do you ensure the quality of the products?
  A: To quarantee product quality, we offer third-party inspections at designated Chinese quality inspecion instituions. Additionally, wecan provide sample rods for testing before mass production. Our production process includes rigorous quality control measures, withdedicated personnel and advanced laboratory equipment such as spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, and hardness testersUpon request, we can also supply material inspection reports.

Q5: In case of quality problem, how do you deal with them? 
A: We will provide a list. The customer should provide pictures based on our list requirements. Within 5 working days of receiving all the pictures, we will give a response.

Q6: What can I do if I cannot find any interesting wheels in your website? 
A: Contact us on line or send us email, we can send you our new design, or you send us your pictures or designs, OEM and ODM also welcomed

Q7: Can you help me to design and product my own brand? 
A: Yes, we can.
